Zidane, Pele, George Best and many others. that these players are
great is undisputable. it is however true that some controversy has
arisen over who should be considered the most esteemed player of all
time. it should be reiterated that saying one player is the best
ever is not synonymous to underscoring the efforts made by the other
players. - with this in mind we give honour to the greatest ever
player to grace our beloved earth-THE great PELE. he faces stiff
competition for the coveted prize from the likes of Cruijff and Maradona but that he is the best ever in undeniable. - he has come
to be popular as the legend of the game of soccer. his name has
become a household name to all soccer lunatics and fans worldwide. -

jealous, because he is such a beast of an athlete. if he was playing in
england he will have gotten the award a long time ago.

footballer in the world. - He has great skill and has precise
kicking abilities. To me, he handles pressure so well with his calm
composure.. He sets the rhythm for the game. Riquelme, #10, is THE
BEST!!!

I will have to say Riquelme is the best player in
the world. He is a magician he can see passes that you never think could get

kenny daglish and he also had a wonderful show and makes up for his lack of pace
by putting wonderful passes.
Micheal Laudrup. The 'father' of
modern playmakers. I have to put him in front of my personal
favourite, Dennis Bergkamp as Michael was a more complete player in
terms of his ability to control his emotion. He has never been
red-carded in his playing history. A great creator of goals and a
great goal scorer himself. 5 La Liga titles in a row with both Barca
and Real Madrid surely made him surpassed Zinedine Zidane. He is
definitely in his own class.

Paul Gascoigne - Mainly because his ball skills
stood out from everyone else. Okay as a complete player i don't believe he is
the best ever. I mean look at Johan Cruff and Franz Beckenbauer there presence
stimulated great play from whichever position they played. But he dint have to
shimmy he just glided past them which is brill for a big guy.
The only
player that can be compared to Zizou for his ability to run past people as if
the are not there. He doesn't need to beat people he just glides past them

cuahtemoc blanco is the one of the greatest
because he does some of the most unbelievable passes he may not be fast but he
still works hard to achieve what he wants to do. He loves the game and loves
playing he is like ronaldino for Mexico

first British player to be a success in Italy. Ahead of his time he could play
centre forward or centre half. And on top of that a gentleman off the field,
deserves a posthumous knighthood to be known as Sir John Charles.
